I bought this item because I was looking for something to wear to support my neck while doing work at a desk. I bought a medium size neck rest, but it still seemed too small. The quality (material, fabric) of the neck rest is good, but it does not provide enough support to the neck. I tried to adjust it to make it work...but at the end, I just do not find it very useful. I'm trying a neck roll pillow instead.

This neck pillow does it job: keeping me neck straight while I'm sleeping. I like that it's very compact and does not take up a lot of room in my back pack. The only problem is that, if I want to wear it while I'm reading, I have to hold up the reading material at my eye level.

I bought this product based on other reviews. tried to use it on the flight to New York form LAX. very uncomfortable. tried to adjust it multiple times. No improvement. would not recommend this product.

After years of neck stiffnesws and pain I can't believe what a difference this collar makes! I put it on not snug but not loose and wear it on the computer and while sleeping.
I would reccommend it to anyone and I am ordering another one today.

This item works very well for sleeping in an upright, seated position. I may follow the suggestions of other users, though, and wash it before prolonged use to avoid color bleeding.
