I hurt my back at work about two years back, and since then, I've had to handle back trouble off and on — often extremely intense, infrequently rather mild. I have found out the best kind of back stiffness management is basically a mixture of treatments that, when used together, have really made my back stiffness issues rather trivial.

The very first thing that I suggest so as to cure back painis to see an expert doctor. It might not be something as easy as a sprain or strained muscle. If it is something more heavy, it may worsen it to take matters into your own hands attempt to work thru the agony. Once the doctor announces you are in the clear, here is what I'd advise.

Get some form of non-narcotic discomfort killer — something that will not be addiction forming, but also something which will help alleviate pain everytime it comes. I have found that having a bottle of ibuprofen around helps me immensely when my back stiffness starts to raise it's unnattractive head. It is not a complete solution to back trouble management, but it is a start, and can be a life saver sometimes.

The second part to back stiffness management is physical care. This, I cannot stress enough. I have told everybody who will listen, and I will shout it from the roofs that physical care did more to ease my back trouble than the rest I attempted. Actually going to a specialist is perfect, but if that's not an option, look up assorted stretches and try them out to see if they work for you. I did a fusion of those 2 things in that I went to a physical consultant and then made it a point to jot down the exercises she taught me so I could do them at home.

The 3rd thing that I would like to suggest for back trouble management is rest. Plenty of the time, folk don’t want to relax, believing if they continue to move around their back trouble will work itself out. While this might be true in some conditions, it could also make your back even more stiff or make your pain more intensified.

As somebody who knows what it is like to work around a back injury, I know a bit about back stiffness management. While my methods may not work for everyone, they have worked for me, and I am ready to go about the business of my everyday life without fear that I am going to throw my back out or have other major problem.
